T&C Policy

  • No booking has been made yet, above is just a quotation.
  • Once you agree to the shared quote and would like to proceed further with the booking, we will share the invoice and payment details/schedule with you. If we dont receive the payment as per the dates mentioned in the invoice, we will not be able to process the booking.
  • Before making any advance payment, please read the package details carefully. Any changes after receiving advance payment will incur extra charges.
  • The airfare, hotels and Cruise cabins included in the itinerary are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. The availability of the Hotel/ cruise/ Flight will be re-checked at the time of confirmation. If the given Hotels / Cruise / Flights are not available then similar items of the similar category will be provided.
  • If the visa is free on arrival for the requested destination, it will be as per the country and embassy rules. If there is any change in the visa fee or process, the client will have to bear that. As visa is totally as per that countrys law, any change will be applicable without any prior notice.
  • The Itinerary given in the quotation is tentative itinerary only. Exact itinerary will be given at the time of confirmation from the hotel or after reaching the destination.
  • For Dubai packages Tourism Dirhams are payable directly to hotel as per hotels policy.
  • For any other destination, if there are any additional charges e.g. country specific taxes, any national park taxes, will be payable directly at the destination.
  • The quote is given assuming the traveller is Indian national. Quote will be different for other nationalities. Traveller is responsible for updating the nationality info to AdvanceTrip..
  • If you are booking the flight by yourself (not through AdvanceTrip) your final quote and itinerary may change depending upon your flight details. Please share the flight details as soon as you can, to avoid any discrepancies.
  • For any additional services that the guest is interested in, they will have to pay at the hotel directly.
  • Rates are not valid during the festivals, fairs, special events, Higher Rates will apply peak period, blackout dates, Carnival etc.
  • This proposal is valid for the said dates/months; prices are subject to change with change in dates.
  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in hotel of similar standard.

  • Food and services provided by the hotel are as per hotel policy. If client has any special requirement it can be received from the hotel on direct pay basis.
  • CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Normal check-in time is between 02 PM to 3 PM & check-out is between 11 AM to 12 PM .This may vary as per hotels policy
  • Late check-out until 18:00 hrs is 50% of one-night charge. It may vary as per hotel policy.
  • Late check-out beyond 18:00 hrs or until departure time is 100% of one-night charge. This may vary as per hotel policy.
  • There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
  • No Show is subject to Full Booking Charges. And there will not be any refund or adjustments of charges.
  • Airfare for the child will be as per the age information provided.
  • Additional usage of vehicle will cost extra charges.
  • On tour expenses if any will be charged to client by directly.
  • Grant of visa (if applicable) is at the discretion of the respective consular office/ embassy. AdvanceTrip act as an agent for visa submission and collection of documents and is not responsible for grant of visa. The fee submitted for the visa under those cases is FULLY non-refundable. In case no visa is granted, the package will be cancelled automatically and there will not be any refund for the same.
  • The Quotation might change due to currencies ROE (rate of exchange) fluctuation during confirmation & booking process.
  • AdvanceTrip is responsible for only making the reservations for you and is not responsible for any kind of flight delays, flight re-routing, flight cancellation etc. We will assist you to make any alternative arrangements to the best of our capabilities. Charges for the same will be borne by the client.
  • We need scanned passport copies to process the booking. If passport copies are not available then the booking is processed as per the information provided by the client. Client is responsible to make sure the information provided is correct. Once the booking is processed as per the info provided by the client, any amendments afterwards will incur charges that will be borne by the client.
